Are you a woman who would enjoy learning more about yourself in in company of other women? Women in this established group are content in most areas of life, but are wanting more rewarding relationships with themselves & others. New members are added as members complete their work with the group. The age range for women in this group is from 40's to 60's. We share perspective, wisdom, and support, in a confidential virtual space. (And, we have fun.) This group will have openings in April 2024. We meet alternate Wed eves 4:15 - 5:30pm

"30 Somethings" Meets Monthly - with Ellen Rugg
This small group of women ("30 somethings") meets monthly for support, feedback & emotional intimacy. Members benefit from each others' life experience, perspective, and wisdom. Group often becomes a touchstone, and provides a place to have meaningful conversations that may be missing elsewhere in life. Members of this group are supportive of each other, are psychologically-minded, and are curious about themselves and others. This established group will have an opening in April 2024. Women make a commitment to six sessions to start.
