Hi, I’m Kristen — a warm, down-to-earth therapist who helps teens and young adults break free from painful emotional and relational patterns rooted in insecure attachment and nervous system dysregulation. You may find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, fearing rejection, or repeating the same cycles in relationships despite being self-aware. Together, we’ll make sense of your patterns with compassion, not shame. My approach is relational, practical, and deeply human — helping you feel safer, more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself and your relationships.

I help adolescents, teens, and young adults understand their emotional patterns, calm their nervous system, and improve their relationships. Using attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and emotion regulation tools, I support clients in reducing anxiety, healing past experiences, and feeling more grounded and confident in daily life.
