Are anxiety or depression getting in the way of enjoying your life? Or have you gone through a traumatic event that left you with painful thoughts and feelings that won't go away? Perhaps you lived in a difficult family situation growing up, and now find yourself struggling with your mood or your relationships. Maybe there is a part of your identity that has not always found acceptance, and you are looking for an affirming space to explore living your most authentic life. Or you may worry about food and body image constantly. You may feel alone in your concerns, and wonder if anyone or anything can help.
I help my clients manage their mood, recover from trauma, and get in touch with meaning and purpose in their lives. I specialize in family trauma/Adult Children of Alcoholics issues and would love to help you explore how your childhood experiences have shaped you, and possible new ways of relating to yourself and others. I'm trained in IFS and EMDR.
