Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! I help adults and teens (ages 13+) navigating a wide variety of concerns including anxiety/panic, OCD, neurodivergence (ADHD/autism spectrum), LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, life transitions, self-esteem, communication skills, and healing from emotional trauma. I want to help you build a life that feels joyful and deeply aligned with who you are. I integrate aspects of DBT (emotion regulation/distress tolerance/communication skills), CBT (challenging unhelpful thoughts), and IFS/Parts Therapy (understanding the many "parts" of ourselves and addressing those that have been wounded).
I have a lot of fun helping clients externalize their anxiety, battle anxious/critical thoughts "in CBT court", identify/integrate core values, and build helpful "coping toolkits." I encourage you to bring your true self into therapy, whether it's your sense of humor, whimsy, creativity, or the freedom to let go of expectations and explore.
