Are you struggling with an inner critic, an internal battle, or difficulty turning down the volume on the thoughts in your head? All of us have different parts that can show up in these ways and make us feel anxious, self-critical, and disconnected from ourselves or others. Much of my work centers on helping clients reconnect with themselves and their parts, cultivate a more compassionate inner relationship, and begin to heal from past wounds. I work well with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, OCD, major life transitions, low self-esteem, or those who grew up with emotionally immature parents.

My approach is collaborative and integrative, blending Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused practices. This approach allows me to go deeper with clients than traditional talk therapy and heal past wounds that are holding clients back from living the life they want to live.
