It's true that our Comfort Zones are wonderful places that keep us safe...but growth cannot occur there. My ideal client is willing to work on finding the strength within themselves to step outside of their Comfort Zones. I believe this allows one to create small changes that add up to big changes in their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. My focus with my clients will always be progress over perfection and to build self-love and self-compassion above all. I enjoy taking a direct yet compassionate approach, utilizing humor, education, and the power that already exists within us.

I have experience with mood disorders, grief, OCD, relationship issues, identity issues, substance misuse, trauma, and more. My main areas of passion include self-esteem development, LGBTQIA+ and intersectionality issues, anxiety management, and inner growth work. I offer therapy primarily through CBT, DBT, ACT, feminist, and Existentialist lenses.

My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and respectful connection that fosters growth and progress for each person I work with.
