If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or disconnected from yourself, you’re likely carrying more than you were ever meant to carry alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I also specialize in supporting clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. Additionally, I help those experiencing relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and patterns of overextending themselves or losing their sense of self. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm.
My work is rooted in a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned and trauma-informed approach, meaning all bodies and lived experiences are respected and affirmed. You won’t be asked to “fix” yourself or push through pain. Instead, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable, building understanding of your nervous system.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, confusing, or even scary especially if you’re not sure anyone will truly get you. Therapy with me is supportive, human, and down-to-earth.
