Welcome to Soul Shine Therapy! My name is Emmie Perry & I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my life’s mission with you. Soul Shine is a safe and contained space for clients to connect back to themselves, integrate their life experiences, and shine from within. I work from a holistic, systemic, and strengths-based approach to guide clients in creating the life that they want while freeing themselves from the past. I prioritize the creation of a safe and secure relationship with clients in order to enhance their ability to create a deep and meaningful evolution of their daily life and relationships.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are facing challenges from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relational problems, trauma, and PTSD. I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) therapist, an EMDR consultant, and an EMDR trainer with extensive experience and advanced training.
