I'm so glad you are here! It takes strength and bravery to seek out help, so I commend you for taking the first step in your/your child's healing. My passion is supporting emotional growth and healing through pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, childhood and adolescence. I enjoy working with youth who face difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, bullying, autism, ADHD, social and behavioral issues. I enjoy working with adults on strengthening their parenting skills, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and women's related issues such as pregnancy/postpartum struggles.
I truly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I work with a humanistic, warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach. I primarily utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and play therapy as forms of treatment with children. I also offer family therapy and individual therapy for adults and adolescents.
We will create a safe space for you and your children to feel comfortable working on your unique goals. We will collaborate together so that you never feel alone in this journey to find a greater sense of happiness.
