I have a keen focus on African American males, flight attendants, pilots, and parents, understanding the specific challenges these groups face and providing targeted support.
Additionally, I partner with schools and nonprofit organizations to provide coaching, as well as lead workshops and webinars on mental health and performance. As someone who has been both a private pilot and a flight attendant, I understand the unique pressures of the aviation industry and have developed specialized training and counseling services tailored
