I am passionate about helping empower those who are seeking growth and I aim to help youth develop the knowledge, skills, and awareness needed to become healthy future adults.
I use a combination of play therapy, EMDR, and DBT in my practice. Clients can meet with me in a traditional office space or explore what the NPCS playroom has to offer (which features a sandtray). I specialize in youth and LGBTQ-specific concerns.
