As a therapist, I have the honor of helping individuals, couples and families navigate the complexities of this world while helping them make sense of their emotions, as well as their feelings about these emotions. My approach uses a holistic style with an emphasis on integrating faith into the mental health equation when the client requests it.
As a military veteran, I have a deep and personal understanding of brain injuries (TBIs) and post traumatic stress (PTSD). While I am mainly focused on working with veterans, first responders and their families, I welcome anyone that has experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, grief/loss and spiritual/identity issues.
To love and be loved, to know and be known, to see and be seen; these are the basic desires of everyone living in the world today. Through our connections with our Creator, our families, our friends and especially with ourselves, we can embrace the constant changes of this world and help each other achieve these basic desires.
