My name is Emma Bal and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Sacramento, California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. My role as a therapist is to help create a safe and inclusive space where you can explore the complexities of your identity and how they intersect with the challenges you may face. I work with adults, ranging from younger adults to older adults, with a focus on trauma (including intimate partner violence and sexual trauma), anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and intrusive/negative thoughts.
