Therapy with me is a collaborative, human process. I work from the belief that people are multifaceted, and that understanding those layers creates space for choice and change, even when life feels overwhelming, stuck, or uncertain. You are the expert on your life, so my role is to offer a steady, supportive space where we can slow things down, explore and make room for understanding, curiosity, and self-compassion.
I often work with adolescents and adults who carry a lot internally, including anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship stress, or the quiet pressure to always be doing more or getting it right. Many of my clients are insightful and caring, yet feel disconnected from their own needs or unsure how to move forward without harming their mental or emotional health.
