I am a licensed independent social worker providing counseling in the Cincinnati area. I work with adolescents (12+) and adults and specialize in depression, PTSD/trauma, and working with LGBTQ+ individuals. I am EMDR trained from an EMDRIA-approved trainer and my passion is working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. I am IFS-informed (Internal Family Systems) and incorporate parts work into treatment.
