I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves and work towards change. Whether you are working through the impact of trauma, or deepen your awareness of yourself, I offer a warm and collaborative space where we can do this work together.
I also work with romantic partners who want to work towards a specific goal in their relationship. This could be making a particular decision, exploring matters of intimacy, or resolving an ongoing conflict.
I also particularly enjoy working with athletes experiencing mental blocks or performance related anxiety.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps individuals to reprocess upsetting moments in their life and decrease emotional distress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help clients better understand themselves and how they relate to others.
I have immediate openings for both telehealth and in-person. I offer a free 20 minute consultation where I can hear more about you and what you are looking for from therapy. I look forward to the work we will do together.
