My work uses a strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and creative approach. I believe the relationship between the therapist and client is important and I enjoy creating an atmosphere of trust and a space for you to feel comfortable to be you. The therapeutic journey involves a partnership where we work together towards your goals.
I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients. My typical client might self-identify as struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, overthinkers and perfectionists, women’s issues, life transitions, and identity exploration. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults and young professionals.
As a therapist, I follow the client’s lead by working from a person-forward lens. In my work I use a combination of modalities to best fit you and your therapeutic experience.
