I am a Licensed Social Worker who is passionate about creating therapeutic relationships that feel safe and warm while providing space for reflection and growth. Most of us have experienced trauma, and the skills we develop to survive may stop serving us eventually. It takes time and effort to identify and grieve the way these forces have affected us, as well as to figure out how we can resist them. Together we can explore how your past has shaped your present, and what healing looks like.
I am a white, queer, disabled woman and have experience working with people living at the intersections of many different identities. I enjoy working with individuals navigating relationships (with themselves and others), as well as those who are seeking support around identity, self-esteem, chronic illness, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
