I’m a relational therapist who works with young children, parents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships, and I aim to create a space where you feel understood, accepted, and able to show up honestly. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, build insight, and strengthen your ability to respond to challenges with more clarity and confidence—at a pace that feels manageable.
With children, I use Somatic Experiential Play Therapy, which meets them in their natural language of play. This approach allows children to express and process what’s difficult, even when they don’t yet have the words. I also work closely with caregivers, supporting you in understanding your child and building connection and regulation outside of sessions.
