About

Are you are simply looking for an outlet to vent and be validated or would you like more psychoeducation and coping skills? Therapy is a space that can benefit every single person! Haven't been to therapy in a while or maybe ever? Therapy has greatly evolved even in the past few years. It is a space where you can be vulnerable at your own pace, free of judgment. As a therapist with a background in clinical social work, I believe in working collaboratively to identify what goals are most important to focus on and how I can best support you to reach them.
I support clients in building self-esteem, processing trauma, managing and reducing anxiety and depression, and supporting people in adjusting to major life changes. I also frequently work with people who would like to more effectively manage stress, explore their relationship with substances using a harm reduction approach, and process grief and loss.
Past clients have expressed appreciation for my use of humor when processing absurdities in life. These past three years have created many barriers for people to use the coping skills and self-care methods that have helped them in the past. I would love to work with you to identify strategies to persevere through this pandemic and reestablish balance.

Inner Balance Psychology

Our therapists provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals so that they can process painful memories and feelings in an objective non-judgmental atmosphere. The therapist provides objective support and aids individuals with finding ways of coping with stress, negative feelings and challenges. The therapist and individual work together in a collaborative manner to find solutions and coping strategies to reduce symptoms and meet individual goals. The therapeutic relationship is rooted in trust and client confidentiality. The conversations between therapist and client are protected under therapist-client confidentiality, therefore what is discussed between therapist and client is private.
