I specialize in counseling services for adults who are seeking support with PTSD/trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a therapist, I recognize that you are the expert of your life and experiences. My role is to help foster a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space that can help guide you to reach your goals. I am passionate about building a strong foundation through the formation of a trusting therapeutic relationship to optimize healing and well-being. I know everyone is at a different place in their healing journey and I am here to meet you where you are at!
First and foremost, I work from a person-centered lens so that we can work together to determine the best treatment approach. I also typically incorporate an eclectic/ holistic approach and utilize several modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, KAP, mindfulness, solution-focused, and strengths based therapy. I offer both in person and virtual services!
