I’ll get to know you and what you bring to therapy as an individual, while also considering the relationships, interactions, and larger systems that impact you.
In our work together, we’ll look at patterns or themes in your life that you might need support with. When change is made in one area, it can influence change across multiple situations and relationships. I primarily work with adult individuals and couples on topics including anxiety, depression, attachment, life transitions, trauma, and grief.
