I am trained in Play Therapy, EMDR, Ecotherapy and Natural Lifemanship (Equine Assisted Psychotherapy). I incorporate nature as well as expressive art into sessions when desired by the client. I am passionate about holistic health and approach individuals with an understanding that true healing occurs when the mind, body, and spirit are treated as one.
