Many people come in feeling embarrassed, discouraged, or unsure how to even start the conversation. In our work, we take shame out of the room and focus on creating a space that feels open, safe, and honest. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan, you can come exactly as you are, and we’ll figure it out together.
I help by normalizing and humanizing what you’re experiencing while using evidence-based tools to guide our work. Together, we look at what’s getting in the way of connection and build patterns that fit your real life and relationship. Clients often leave feeling more hopeful, more connected, and better able to sustain intimacy over time.
