About
I believe that therapy is a unique place to begin to explore a person’s life story and to understand oneself in the context of that personal history and present situation. The way we tell our stories defines who we are in the moment that we tell it and therapy offers an opportunity to learn that the story is not finished and that the narrative can be changed.
Therapy is a collaborative process and is both about what happens in the therapeutic space as well as the work that extends to your world outside of our sessions. Our work together is about deepening your understanding of yourself, your patterns, your feelings and your corresponding behaviors so that they might change.
