What sets my approach apart is how we combine insight with body awareness. I draw from psychodynamic theory, nervous system regulation tools, and CBT to support meaningful and lasting change. Many of my clients are deep feelers navigating anxiety, trauma, or perfectionism who are ready for a space to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
For those carrying trauma or emotional distress, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can support deeper healing and integration. You don’t have to hold it all alone, and you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. We’ll move at your pace, with care, curiosity, and collaboration.
