I serve parents, teens, children & adults who've experienced painful experiences/trauma or struggle with anxiety, behavior, ADHD or low self esteem. For parents- expect to be involved & to finally feel you know what to do to help your child via TBRI, a connection-based approach to healing, perfect for struggling kids, adoptees, or pans/pandas kiddos. Parents can scroll down to get more info on our virtual Therapeutic Parenting Group. For kids- I use play & art therapy, EMDR or TF-CBT for trauma. ERP and SPACE program for OCD, and CBT for shifting stressful thinking patterns.

For adults, I use EMDR (see website for more info) for healing from painful or traumatic experiences and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify patterns between thoughts, feelings and behaviors keeping you stuck in stress, anxiety or depression. Trauma intensives are available for those who'd like to complete weeks or years of therapy into several days.

The next 2-3 sessions will focus on building rapport and assessments with your child/teen that will inform treatment goals. Follow up meetings include both a family portion and also individual time.
