I have experience working with children (8+), adolescents, families, and adults of all backgrounds with a focus on life transitions and trauma-informed care. My therapeutic style is a combination of CBT, TBRI, and a variety of evidence-based techniques to provide you with new skills, develop further insight on yourself and your past, and walk alongside you.
