Emma Myren
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, CAPSW
My name is Emma Myren and I am a therapist at Synergos Counseling. I support my clients in identifying strengths and empowering them in taking steps toward meeting their personal goals. I work to identify and use the best individualized approaches tailored to each client's needs. I have had the pleasure of providing individual and group therapy to clients experiencing various symptoms of anxiety, OCD, mood variation, and others. I work with individuals of all ages who are striving to achieve a better understanding of their path in life while also adjusting to changes that have occured beyond their control.
Intensive trainings and over 4 years experience in the mental health field has allowed me to become well versed in utilizing approaches such as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Seeking therapy is a brave first step towards meeting your personal goals. We look forward to hearing from you when you're ready. For more information, please visit our website at www.synergoscounseling.com.
