Are you feeling stuck? Do you struggle to change patterns of behavior you are unhappy with? It is possible to experience personal growth regardless of how unmotivated or out of control you may feel right now. I am a music therapist who received my Master’s degree from Molloy College. I am interested in promoting positive body awareness and increasing the connection between the mind and body. I utilizes an eclectic framework, incorporating music and body-based interventions (no previous music experience needed!)
I utilize psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, play, and creative expression. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and seek to foster an and intersectional lens in my practice. I firmly believe each person should have autonomy including in the therapeutic work.
Our practice is In-Network with Healthfirst & Cigna Insurance. For clients going through Out of Network benefits, you will be issued a “superbill” which is an itemized statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
