I enjoy working with people who may feel stuck, but are willing and motivated to look inward and explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors that impact their self-esteem and relationships. I also love working with individuals in the LGBTQ community who are at various stages of understanding their identity.
My approach to counseling is one rooted in a true relationship with my clients. I have found that the best treatment is individualized and honors the qualities that makes people who they are. I believe there is power in honoring our stories so that we can experience the healing we deserve.
