I specialize in working with LGBTQ people, and people in alternative relationship structures (polyamory, CNM, etc). I have my own lived experience of queerness and nontraditional relationships, and while it is surely different from yours (I always want to honor that), it also gives me a baseline from which to understand important aspects of your world.
Therapy with me is like sitting side-by-side completing a puzzle, seeing how the pieces fit. Together, we'll assemble a fuller picture of where you've been and where you want to go. I won't tell you what to do, or how to do it; I will listen closely, help you see yourself and your life more clearly, and support you in making the changes you wish to make.
