I will work with you to attend to your mind, body, & spirit. It is common for people who have experienced significant life changes, challenging relationship dynamics, or trauma to feel a sense of disconnection from their inner self, their bodies, & their relationships. It often feels as if the weight of your experiences are blocking you from fully engaging in your present life. I specialize in helping you heal these barriers to growth & building unity within yourself & your relationships. My approach is grounded in anti-oppression, queer, feminist, & consent theories and is poly, kink, sex-worker, & gender-identity affirming.
I specialize in holistically treating the effects of trauma. I am trained in IFS and EMDR and use these trauma-reprocessing modality to heal old wounds and create space for new life and meaning. Also trained as a yoga teacher, I utilize guided meditation and somatic awareness practices to offer you a whole person approach to counseling.
In addition to trauma therapy, I offer psychedelic preparation and integration work. Please note that currently I can offer only video sessions to Washington state based clients; Oregon clients can be in person or virtual, and run through my coaching business while I wait for dual licensure to go through.
