I am so glad you’re here! I’m Emma. I’m a licensed therapist specializing in helping women take back their lives and feel free from their anxieties, whether that be from past or current life events. I started this practice with the passion and intention for helping other professional women feel confident and happy. Whether you’re a medical provider with a complex job, facing a big life change (weddings, babies, etc), in the midst of a medical diagnosis, navigating loss or processing things of the past, I’m here to help you find tangible ways to improve how you experience and show up in the world.
My specialty is in working with women in their 20s and 30s suffering from anxiety. I strive to always offer an open, inclusive and collaborative space where you can be honest about your struggles and we can work together to find solutions. I offer a strengths-based, combined approach of therapeutic techniques to meet the clients unique needs.
