I have had treatment myself for depression, trauma, and an eating disorder so I understand how it feels to be a client and I know how important it is to give you a safe space to work through your struggles. I am here to listen and assist you in reaching your goals.

I have experience in numerous settings including child welfare, psychiatric care, schools, and addiction. I have worked as a therapist as well as in leadership roles as the Director of Social Services and a Clinical Supervisor in residential treatment facilities. I am here to listen to you as a client and help you to reach your goals.
