In my own experiences with depression, trauma and an eating disorder I needed someone to listen and care. The professionals I was referred to did not have the ability to connect with me, so building a relationship of trust with clients is my number 1 goal as a therapist. Through building a strong relationship, I meet clients where they are and we can process struggles together. Healing comes at everyone's own pace, and I want to assist you in that journey.
I have experience in numerous settings including child welfare, psychiatric care, schools, and addiction. I have worked as a therapist as well as in leadership roles as the Director of Social Services and a Clinical Supervisor is residential treatment facilities. I am here to listen to you as a client and help you to reach your goals.
