Welcome to my page; my goal is to support you so you feel good about who you are. Bilingual psychotherapist, Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as Certified National Counselor. I am Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II) with Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral training and Life Coaching certification. I am available Telehealth for clients in Virginia.
I have 15 years of post Master-level clinical experience in grief counseling, as well as in life/career coaching, anxiety/stress/PTSD, school/college issues, women's issues, phase of life issues, relationship issues, self-esteem/assertiveness, peer relationships and acculturation issues/adjust, chronic/terminal illnesses adjustment and caregiving issues.
