The road to self-empowerment starts with a first step. Change can be scary or difficult, but the good news is that once the decision is made, it always leads to a door open toward success. Welcome! My goal is to support you so you feel good about who you are. I am a bilingual Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, as well as a Certified National Counselor. I am also Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II) with Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral training and Life Coaching certification. I am available via Telehealth for clients in Florida.
I have 14 years of Master-level clinical experience of grief counseling, as well as life/career coaching, anxiety/stress/PTSD, school/college issues, women's issues, phase of life issues, relationship issues, self-esteem/assertiveness, peer relationships and acculturation issues/adjust, chronic/terminal illnesses adjustment and caregiving issues.
