I specialize in helping people of all ages in managing the symptoms of trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, disordered eating, body image, and more. I am particularly keen on working with people interested in spirtual wellness. I am passionate about working with adolescents, veterans, LGBTQIA folx, and culturally diverse peoples, among others. I bring warmth, positivity, kindness, and compassion to my work. I have the utmost regard for each client's unique life story, personality, and goals. With over a decade of experience in the field, I bring together a confluence of professional knowledge from Behavior and Play therapy, Traditional Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Energy Psychology, Yoga Therapeutics, Reiki, and more. My work is both integrative and holistic, and aims for growth across various levels of being.
Outside of work, you can find me working in my garden, cooking, hiking, camping, kayaking, hula-hooping, playing ukulele, reading, or snuggled up with my cats.
