The population I like working with are children, adolescents, and adults who are searching for a safe space to explore what they’re going through. Their challenges can be wide-ranging—big feelings, stress, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck—but they all share a need to be understood and supported without judgment.
Together, we discover their needs and find ways to meet them in a way that feels comfortable and at their pace. Many of my clients are drawn to therapy because they want space for self-reflection, to grow, and to move toward the best version of themselves.
I help children, teens, and adults explore their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural and safe. With children, I use play therapy; with teens and adults, I often draw from an existential approach. For all ages, I incorporate expressive arts and activities to support self-reflection, growth, and discovering new strengths.
I understand that starting therapy can feel scary or uncertain. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported at your own pace. Together, we can explore your feelings, discover your strengths, and work toward the growth and self-reflection you’re hoping for.
