I have provided therapeutic services to an array of clients over the past 30 years of working. These clients include individuals, families, couples, and groups. Overall, I have assisted individuals struggling with managing depression, trauma, anxiety, bereavement, ODD, ADHD, and thought disorders to name a few. I'm equally committed to keeping families together given the positive correlation between teen delinquency and broken families or single parents.
Aaron Beck's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used in my practice given the proven efficacy of this therapy in comparison to others. Children and teens traumatized by severe neglect, physcial or sexual abuse are plagued with guilt and anger that too often leads to beyond control behaviors.
In addition to license mental health professionals, some of our clinicians have increased his/her knowledge base in providing the highest quality of mental health care by acquiring certifications in specialities such as trauma focused CBT and Certified Anger Management Specialist I (CAMS I) to name a few.
