I work with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional shifts that can come with pregnancy, fertility struggles, postpartum adjustment, and early parenthood. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and social anxiety.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. I have basic training in EMDR and help clients gently process difficult experiences while building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
