I am passionate about incorporating mindfulness, breath work, and movement into sessions.
I work with children, teenagers, and young adults to overcome their fears and realize their full potential in a judgment-free space. My specialties include obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, and trauma.
