I utilize a trauma-informed, person-in-environment approach that recognizes the importance of both individual and environmental factors that influence a person's well-being and behavior. There is no "one size fits all" approach, therefore I adopt techniques from varying practice modalities including CBT, psychoanalysis, behavioral therapy, and solutions-focused therapy.
I specialize in providing compassionate support for individuals navigating through trauma, including those impacted by violence, medical issues, and workplace burnout. I aid clients facing grief, life transitions, or heartbreak, fostering resilience and healing amidst challenges.
I address various mental health issues - anxiety, depression, and PTSD - with a comprehensive and holistic approach.
