I specialize in sex therapy for individuals and couples navigating sexual trauma, anxiety, and challenges with intimacy.
My approach is rooted in somatic therapy and EMDR, blending body-based practices with trauma-informed care to help clients heal, reconnect, and expand their relationship to pleasure and desire. I support couples in rebuilding intimacy, exploring new frameworks for connection, and deepening communication around sex and emotional closeness.
