Hi there! My name is Emma and I have been given the amazing opportunity to be an intern at Attuned Mind Counseling Services, LLC. I enjoy working with anyone over the age of 18 and with a wide range of presenting concerns, but most of my work has consisted of working with adults to process past trauma and identify how it appears in the present. I tend to operate from a person-centered modality; however, I believe that there is no one approach that fits all. That is why I try to choose the modality that will best fit the individual in the room and their concerns.
Going to therapy can be nerve-wracking, but one thing I pride myself on is creating a space where everyone feels safe and comfortable. The therapy space is where you can truly be yourself and I will walk with you through it all!
