A New Year is upon us, and life's journey can feel turbulent at times. I have experience working with clients on a wide variety of concerns including Anxiety, Depression, and interpersonal relationship conflicts. Other modalities used to meet the needs of each individual client may include: cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person centered therapy.
