I work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults, including people who struggle with trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, and questions about identity. If you’ve ever felt stuck between who you are and who you want to be, you’re not alone. The pressure to get everything “right” can quietly take over your life, without help. After therapy, clients are able to make decisions with confidence, organize their thoughts without overwhelm, and reduce the trauma symptoms that leaves them feeling stuck. Imagine a safe, judgement-free affirming space where you can explore your identity and live more authentically. Start therapy virtually today.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, drop the mask, and begin making sense of your internal world with curiosity, care, and intention rather than judgment or pressure to perform. You will not be asked to explain or justify who you are here. I offer Brainspotting, a gentle body-based therapy for PTSD and talk therapy using a feminist and queer theory lens.
Welcome! I offer virtual individual, group and couples therapy for adults navigating identity and anxiety across Connecticut with evening slots available. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold! Let’s create a space where you can finally just be you. If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out for a FREE 15-minute consultation today.
