I work with individuals on a variety of issues, including relationship issues, emotional regulation, anxiety, life transitions, identity issues, trauma, and executive functioning issues. I have experience working with people across their lifespans, ranging from adolescents to older adults, individuals with developmental disabilities, and people of various cultural and economic backgrounds. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD and autism, and trauma. Additionally, I work with infidelity, polyamory, the queer community, the kink community.
I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally curious approach and pull from a variety of theories that allow me to tailor the session to the individual. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, attachment theory, relational therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based therapy. I also utilize parts work.

Navigating ADHD: Adult Support Group
