My clinical practice includes the treatment of adolescents (12+), college students, young adults, and adults with various presenting concerns. I specialize in grief and am passionate about companioning the bereaved of all ages. I also enjoy working with clients dealing with Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, relationship/communication issues, OCD/perfectionism, burnout, and more.
I am a person-centered therapist, and utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, and IFS. In addition to my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I hold additional graduate credits in Theology and Formation, because I believe the integration of spiritual and clinical care can be beneficial to many on their path to healing.
